Something like that. Congratulate the women on a hard fought game. While I agree the refs were horrible and for much of the game they seemed to have it in for us, the end of the game kind of made up for it. Also, Oklahoma St. played well, and were hitting their shots except at the end. I think the Cyclones got fired up and played more inspired defense also. I can't express how great it was to win this one. It was like I had an onus off my back.

I'm not saying this as a Cyclone fan, but I have never seen officiating this bad. And that includes last Monday. When the refs have to throw out a fan, you know it's bad. Like Rich said on the play by play- good refs don't hear the fans. This is amazingly unbelievable.

Yah I was at the KU vs ISU MBB game and that was nothing compared to this game's reffing. Yah that fan was ISU fan and we had 2 T's (Coach F and Bench) by time when this guy got thrown out. The fan was in the ref's face and the fans applauded him as he left.

Yeah that's me. Not much to confess. The ISU staff handled it great. Once the game was over they took me back in for Senior Speeches. I would have felt bad if I missed that.

It is getting to the point that it is a privilege to be kicked out of an ISU basketball game. I hope the fans at the men's game hold the refs accountable too.

Two related items:
Heardfrom someone in between us that the other ref (female one) said to them that if they did not quit talking smack she would throw their *** out. This was supposedly said by her to them early in the game (first half)

After you were booted CY came up took off my sons glasses and stepped out to the edge of the court offering them to the refs since they needed them.

A very bizarre but in the end memorable game of reffing ineptitude.
