Got to go pheasant hunting with my brother and nephew. Got 2 birds, my dog had several good points, pretty good for an Iowa hunt. Keep up this winter weather and have a dry Spring, hopefully a better year next Fall.

Best gifts were a Kindle Touch and a slew of MBB tickets. I had thrown ISU tickets on my list this year, thinking maybe I'd get lucky and my in-laws would get me a pair to one game like they did last year. Instead I got two games from them, one from my parents, and one from an aunt I'm pretty close with. Now I basically have a self-made weekend mini-pack with Kansas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Baylor. Pretty psyched.
