Same here. Feel embarrassed to be honest. BUT YET, you always take the win.

Now I hope for 2 weeks straight our players hear they have no shot against Iowa.

Also offensive Coaches need to take a hard look at themselves over this one.

I agree, but don't hold your breath. Coaches, in general, almost never, ever look at themselves.

Well the good news is, a lot uni fans think we aren’t the best team they will play this year. So that guarantees an fcs national championship for them. This game will look better by the end of the season.

Gotta love the hawk/panther fans.

Your Cyclones effectively shut down our run game. Put us in a situation where to win, we needed:
- Very strong defense that forces punts and at some point scores (which we were fortunate enough to have had)
- Some offensive points out of two ~50 yard field goals (which amazingly we got)
- a mobile QB who could extend plays in spite of pressure (which we’re delighted to have)
- a fumble recovery on your 3OT possession (which we didn’t get)

I was disappointed with the loss, but very pleased to be in a situation where at the end of the game, a win was a possibility.
Here’s to both teams winning the rest our games.
