OFFICIAL Twister Sisters @ Oklahoma thread

announcer just said that by their book that was only #6 on ISU when A. Paris made those free throws...hmm.

49-58 Final. Good effort ladies. Oklahoma found a way. We'll need to file this away and come back tough against Texas. We'll get another shot at OU in OKC

You hate to talk about morale victories, especially after losses, but tonight definitely proves we can hang with anyone in the nation. Like the OU announcers said, we might have just sent a message, about possibly playing on neutral courts.

Disappointing outcome, but great effort.

We can play with them, that we showed.

Unfortunately, this game will look a lot more one sided than it really was. GREAT showing by our girls in hostile territory against a team with a legit shot at a national title. First and foremost, we know that we can compete with OU. And that is great news. 3 ptrs kept us in it, but some great defense and active hands sure as hell helped along the way. I hope the girls realize how well they did, and find out how proud all of us really are

Great effort. If this game is in Hilton...we win, I've got a feeling. We're on the brink of turning that corner to win these games on the road. Can't wait for Big 12's to (hopefully) get another shot at this team.

Was a little thrown off seeing Williams in the game so early, but she held her own against Hand for the most part and I'm glad to see her get a lot of quality minutes tonight.

OU Coach and C. Paris both saying good, respectful things about ISU in the post-game. Paris says she "hopes we never have to play this team again." Great to hear that from the star player on a #2 team.

Coale and Fennelly have a lot of mutual respect. Right after the horn they chatted for a lot longer than coaches usually chat after the game.

The 50 point defensive streak is over, but ISU has now held 15 of their last 16 opponents under 60 points.
