Better effort, but it’s going to be hard to win getting no production on either side from your starting backcourt. It’s a guards game and we just can’t matchuo on the perimeter right now

1 - Stop letting THT be in the game in important moments. Dude is the definition of hero ball, and rarely, RARELY makes the plays when we need them, yet constantly tries doing it all on his own

2 - Talley was the only one who had any impact on Culver. Glad we kept him out in the second half so Culver could eat all over us.

Prohm has "his guys" and if you aren't one, you won't play. No matter the skillset

yea it was better but we still lost by 7 at home to Texas Tech, amazing turn this season took. Turnovers, Free throw, D on Culver pick one, but bottom line is better team won.

Culver was unreal. Some very questionable reffing at the end. Wigginton hogging the ball and getting bail out fouls and missing his free throws cost ISU the win. Played very well today. If they play like this the rest of the year. They have a chance to make a run. If they go back to playing like the last few weeks, the seasons over.

We aren’t even in that game if it weren’t for Wigginton

Steve Prohm is weak and ineffectual and that is the personality of his team. He recruits well but our ceiling with him is really low. I hope Pollard doesn't extend his contract.
When is Prohm's contract up? That is a good point about extending Prohm. Assuming that Prohm isn't getting fired, we need to see what he does next year. I agree, do not extend. We don't want to fall into the same death trap that Iowa has with McCaffery.
