Do we really hold 5x as much as our opposition this year or do we just need to get sneakier about doing it? Obviously the Uconn game was fixed somehow with the picked up flags and all, but the other three we had way more holds as well.

This is right there with Seneca and Oklahoma. Problem is, this Tx team is not that good.

I've never seen such undisciplined football from an otherwise pretty good team.

They probably wouldn't, it was borderline for sure, but that's not what's hurting us tonight. One team came to play, one, well, I don't know what they came here to do, let the other team play, it looks like.

It seems every damn time we have a meaningful game, we take a giant **** on the field. Then everyone comes and moans about there being only 40K for the next couple of games. If the team would just stop kicking us in the nuts when we start to believe.

Lets get a better second half and then we can look forward to the rest of the season. I mean really now I know we all thought we had a great chance in this game (and we did) but when things like this happen and we still can't get our act together we need to just say that tomorrow will be a better day. Lets not write this team off cause when we figure out that turnovers and penalties are our enemy we will win some big games.

Seems like every freaking play the D seems to have to stretch out of their prepared base and they start turning to each other to ask about alignment... And play action is killing ISU
