And the coach for Siena the last time it made the tourney in 2010 was none other than Mad Fran himself. He was also the last coach to take Iowa to the NCAAs before now.

By Kenpom efficiency rating, Tennessee State is the fourth worst defensive team in the tournament, behind only Queens U, Lehigh, and Prairie View. We didn't really play anyone with their offensive ability, they would be significant downgrade offensively from Mississippi State, but better than Long Beach State.
They can shoot and have two guards averaging over 17 a game. Don't be surprised if they are hot coming out of the gate. If that happens, I fully expect Toure and Lipsey to clamp down on them. I'm predicting Jefferson has a huge game and we win by 15.

I mean Bilas did just have opportunity to watch us 3 times in 3 days and that’s not a super hot take if that’s your recent observation of us. Michigan barely got by Wisconsin and did not look good against Purdue

WI isn't bad and I'm glad ISU didn't get them somewhere close in the bracket.

We are passionate and will show out for sure but BBN is a thing.....Kentucky has an absolutely enormous basketball fan base and they are technically closer to STL than we are.
Are they in love with their team this yr? Earlier I thought they were grumpy about them, might cut down on some of the "casual" fans?

Didn't their coach have issues with basically hating life as the coach at some point?
