This problem is only going to get worse as the Power 1 conference tags itself with losses but is now expected to also have elite non conference schedules.

90% of Bracket was made 3 nights ago. Conference tournaments were largely meaningless.

Houston got punished a bit for losing to us, but we didn't benefit from the beatdown we handed them.

Exactly. None* of those teams are in the tourney. They should focus on Q1 and then Q2 records.

We should play UNI and Drake every year exactly for this reason. It also makes us look much classier than the squawk-eyes for recognizing our in state rivals.
