Agree about USC. Illinois St or Monmouth, give them a sotto over mediocre power teams.I would have put Illinois State or Syracuse in over USC. Sorry.

You can tell from the committee's seedings of the teams that they value RPI - Illinois State's RPI of 33 is higher than the last 4 at-large teams that got in. ???Why Illinois State? They didn't beat anyone all year. USC at least doesn't have the horrible losses Syracuse does. Those should count for something
I think Calipari had a good point: just tell us what the conference tourneys mean. In some respects they are given great credit - in others they are not.
Listening to that guy talk makes my skin crawl. You can feel the slime coming out of the speakers and covering you in its crapulance. Why is Calipari ALWAYS ESPN's go to interview? I've never seen a coach get more free pub than that guy.
It's not an original thought. He says it and everyone things great idea when many people have been saying the same thing for years.I think Calipari had a good point: just tell us what the conference tourneys mean. In some respects they are given great credit - in others they are not.
Amen! Hollis made it sound like "hey, we worked so hard on these seeds during the week, we're not going to just move them around so fast on Fri - Sat - Sun." Huh?I agree. Listening to the head of committee about moving up or down is difficult once they start the brackets, so first 2/3rds of season more important, which is the opposite of how it should be imo, unless your Michigan basically.
Already tired of Clark Kellogg. That never takes long.
When is Steve Prohm's interview on ESPN?
