Definitely seems Rogers spending the most $$$ in our offensive line which is fantastic. Especially since we are going to run heavy offense.
Maybe it'll be different here but I'm pretty sure we were more run heavy than Washington state was this last year

Not upset about Rocco leaving, I never understood the fanfare for him. He was a mediocre QB, he played hard which I appreciated but he sucked this year. He doesn’t have an NFL future so I can’t blame him for getting a bag while he can. What’s funnier is watching Campbell bring a bunch of players over in favor of existing 5 star players PSU had. Also running Grunk out in favor of Rocco is so stupid. He has 3 more years of eligibility and looked good down the stretch versus a 1 year Rocco who will inevitably have a few 3 INT games and lose against Rutgers or something stupid.
I assume Grunk was the QB in the bowl game, I agree he looked much more talented.

Rogers didn't bring any coaches from the WSU offense with him to Ames. Look at NDSU while Roehl was there, Arkansas State the last two years, and the Detroit Lions for the schemes that define their offenses. Those are the models.

NDSU and Detroit are similar, with power run games and a lot of play action out of it, from under center and shotgun. Arkansas State's offense with Raynor was a spread out of the shotgun with a lot of RPO and hurry up. The Auburn OL leans that way as well. It'll be interesting to see how they mesh them.

Who knows, Raynor threw it like 500 times this year though.
