***Official portal tracker thread***

Oklahoma State has 60 players in the portal. Eagerly waiting for X posts from pols & how that university can't survive today's current landscape.

Otherwise, the average for teams having a HC change looks to be in the neighborhood of 30 players, give or take. A fair number of new entries to the portal happened this weekend, too, so patient programs may benefit having spots for later entries. With this in mind it would be prudent to keep our powder dry as well.

I see Sowell is following Matt…dude certainly loyal to alot of his players, but some of these guys are pretty big reaches for PSU
I have to wonder if Campbell is "overpaying" some of these guys because they have shown their loyalty to him. Manske seems like a good example, no one but Campbell's staff is really sure how good he is.

I think a lot of people forget Pickens is dead and his kids don't care as much about OSU and they just assume they still have huge oil money.

I keep seeing this, especially on Twitter.

The squad we had just this past season - if it could stay healthy and even just get a modest boost of "Penn State-level talent and depth" - is winning 10 games next year with Penn State's schedule. Talent was not the reason we lost 4 games last year.

That one shocks me alot. Did the brother get to go to?
He was on the visit with Chase, haven't seen anything about him joining.

Also that is 16 ISU players to Pedo, with at least a few more still expected to sign there. Looks like that 20-25 number that was floated around may end up being correct.

Are they talented enough to compete with Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship? Can they win a game in the CFP? Our talent might win ten games against a weak schedule next year, but I think the expectation is higher than that at PSU.

what about without Cooper and Jontez? This team was mediocre when those guys went down and I haven’t seen (maybe I missed it) that they are headed to PSU.

Jontez to USC. Cooper to PSU hasn't been announced yet.

So, is PSU going to be more like ISU in the second half of the season rather than the start of the season? While we won some games, it wasn’t a team that was going to compete for a Big12 CCG spot.

Everyone who visits this site is a client. You don't get paid with online advertising without traffic. If you don't "pay" for this site through actual exchange of funds, you do so with your attention.
Get off your high horse about who is a client. It just shows you don't know how this economy works.
