*** Official ISU vs. Texas Gameday Thread ***

Oh come on. How many of you expected a win against this team before he season started? This was 1 of 2 on my no chance we win column... Bad game by all facets. Get on the bus, head home and regroup because we still have 2 very winnable game left on the schedule. Pain and simple we came out flat against an emotional team that is way more talented than us.

I'm not saying that. I'm just saying that people going as far as saying that they are going to punch a hole in their wall because Steele is playing is just downright stupid.
 
KU only lost to Texas by 4 and it took a late 4th quarter touchdown drive by Texas to win it. KU hasn't won a conference game, and I have feared all year that they would beat ISU. I hope the team can rally next week and become bowl eligible.
 
This game feels like the Iowa games from 2009 & 2010..just long as hell and no offense.

I expected to put up more than 7 points against a team that has averaged giving up about 40 points in conference.

Yeah I know your pain, if I were picking the KU game, I would be tempted to pick Kansas by 6 points.

The last good game we played at KU was 1976, by Earle Bruce.....
 
609 yards of offense for Tex to 250 yards for ISU. This can't continue to be the yardage differential if we want to win. (In my best Captain Obvious voice).
