We are supposed to be a smart foot ball team. Can't get into gaps, can't block and frequently penalized.

Who says we're supposed to be smart. I like Rhoads for many reasons, but our teams have been undisciplined under him. Look at penalty stats, blown assignments. It's been this way every year, but the utter lack of talent and experience this year makes it that much worse.
