I would have liked to have a couple more games played for the team before traveling to Corvallis and playing in a gym non of our players have experience in but it will be a nice test to see what ISU needs to improve on.
Consideing the height the Beavers and their slow pace of play it should give the "big" lineup of Jacobson/Young a lot of time. Them performing well should bode well against the KSU/KU/TT teams.
I am curious if Prohm does try to go small to see if they new guys can handle it and up the tempo. That would be very encouraging for Big 12 play, ability to force ISU's pace rather than needing to math opponents.
Hope Grill/Jackson get some more run in the game, getting them experience playing on the road against P6 opponents would shorten their learning curve.
