Oh. We are under attack again? The BIG can go stick it wherever. That is all. Down with the LHGorns. Stomp them. That is all.

Delaney wants 16, but Georgia Tech????? We have better engineers than they do.

I don't believe any of this crap anymore. But one good thing that would happen if UT joins the B1G would be watching the Fusker meltdown. Could you imagine if UT was put in the same division as kNu. There would be lots of wives checking in to the ER after "falling down" in Fusker land.

In the expansion world...

Mhver3 is the most unreliable source that exists.

Think about what that means for a second. No really, think about it.

Also, it wouldn't surprise me if Texas has an NDA with the Big Ten. NDAs are made everyday to discuss things that will never come to pass.

What is BS about the story is the B1G "accepting" the LHN.

Whoa...that's nearly as bad as saying someone is the dumbest of all tavern hawks, the crookedest big 12 referee, or the Missouri fan with the most screwed up tooth.

The ACC or the Big 12 will crumble. The key word there is OR. The one that survives will join the Big Ten and SEC in raiding the dead conference like a liquidation sale.

Texas is playing the Big12 for fools. Oliver Luck learned yesterday that UT had entered a non-disclosure agreement with the Big10 a few months back and have been hammering out details for UT to join the Big10 with another school(GT-according to what Luck was told) to make 16.

The LHN, which was once considered the biggest hurdle to overcome, would remain UT's and Espn's but BTN would also get UT content-just not as much as the other 15. UT would take a smaller share of BTN revenues(which will grow astronomically after adding GA and TX) than the other members but still stands to make over $50 million per year for all tv money(non-postseason ) according to projections from the B10.

That's all the info I have been able to obtain in regards to this matter and what I have now was obtained from eavesdropping on my sources part. Luck seemed shocked and surprised at this news but it doesn't seem to have deterred him from taking the job even though during his interview he pitched a 12 team B12 with 8 games and a CCG.

I won't pretend to understand how the big10 plans on skirting the GOR but everything I've been hearing is hinting that the answer is in the details of what the networks are actually paying for-yes, they are TV rights to a university's athletic games-but those games have a specific name and description. Failing that, the B10 has stores of cash to pay for a broken GOR or 2 if need be.

Will UT move to the Big10 and what does that mean for WVU and the rest of B12? Before anyone jumps off a bridge keep this in mind: last year the Big10 had as many as 8 of those non-disclosure agreements in place with various schools and only 2 came to fruition. But if UT were to bolt the B12...well, that changes everything.

This may actually be brilliant on UT's part. They sign an NDA, sit and listen to Delaney tell them exactly what his plans are toward the future, then sit back and say "meh" followed by a shrug. I have gone into competitors under the guise of being interested in buying their business, signing an NDA for 1 year and moving thereafter to take their business small chunks at a time. UT may be doing the same thing.

I do however think this league needs a championship game again. Just not sure who would be worth adding at this point that would actually leave. It would have to be the former big east/AAC

Sorry, but when the Dude of WV says something is BS....then it really is BS. Nothing like a BullS*ter calling out Bulls*it.

If Texas goes, I hope they sneak in a clause allowing them to take their own officials.

One thing is for sure...apparently the site he posted it on got so many new members that it is having hosting problems...guess their plan was successful.

Yeah, it was pretty obvious clickbait.... which is why i waited for it to be posted elsewhere to read it.
