Feel like we can combat this on Wednesday with Tre, Milan, and Watson more than we could against BYU the first time.

I was just thinking Watson's big confidence game might pay off vs BYU. Get him out there defending their shooters.

Yeah...basically he probably acted the same way he has the past 30 years but got caught. Or WVU would make this conference even more ridiculously stacked this year.

We were going to lose with under 4 left. We were.

Milan hit that turn around, the one that hit the flange of the rim perfectly on the way down, and it was over. Smothering defense. Unreal.

I love how teams think the secret sauce to beating us is to muck it and ugly it up as much as they can. This team is like:

Dumbest play of the game was when CJones almost had that rebound around the 2:30 mark and the UCF player lunged at him to foul him obviously.

UCF still had a chance before than and much less after CJ sunk the two shots.

I’ve been wondering all season how differently they would have been if all that didn’t go down. They clearly have talent but I haven’t watched too many of their games once they started losing.

He had a rough one, but if you don’t force the action against that team, you’re going to shoot jump shots all game. Came up huge late doing just that

UCF is tough and athletic. But man they aren’t very skilled. They would be an easy team to root for if you were a UCF fan based on how hard they play. If they had one more guy that could score, they’d be pretty good.

Great game by Tre to build that cushion, Curt Jones was calm and all the guy does is score in double figures.

Rough game for KG and Tamin obviously, but that was a really good defensive team.
