But rule question. If this goes to PK’s and they get through the lineup, I assume Argentina still only goes through the 10, right? So would Argentina be able to put on their #1 PK option before Spain? Argentina has their keeper kick sooner though I guess?
 
I don't know how that's offsides; it looked like there was always at least two defenders behind the ball when not reset.

Then again, the camera angles on the replays haven't been great.
