How about Buffalo NY? Lake effect snows, 3-4 feet at a time.I agree. I could handle this all year long if I had to…wouldn’t even mind it that much. Freezing cold and snow are fine for a bit…but that gets old quick.
Nope - not interested in living there. Would love to experience it once though…How about Buffalo NY? Lake effect snows, 3-4 feet at a time.

Do you want small Squares, big squares, big rounds? Horse people like small squares better.
So unbelievably sick of this weather in Iowa. This summer has sucked. Rains every dadgum day and when it doesn't it's 110 heat index. WTF.

Rinse. Repeat. My grass is so long, it's hopeless at this point. I can't ever get to it between rains and the busyness of life.Good news! Rain today and heat advisory tomorrow!

Rain is fine. When the rain turns white and hurts when you get hit in the head, that we don’t need.Good news! Rain today and heat advisory tomorrow!

Actually, for the most part, all the thunderstorms have been in the night all summer. This summer overall has been mild. We’ve been conditioned to think 88 and humid is unbearable. So unbelievably sick of this weather in Iowa. This summer has sucked. Rains every dadgum day and when it doesn't it's 110 heat index. WTF.

Outdoor staining projects are such a hassle - requiring a goldilocks scenario of weather (temp, humidity, precip, and WIND) to perfectly coincide with your availability (and motivation) to complete the project. And this is before, during, and after the application! So I power washed the old wood deck and need some dry sunny days before I can stain it.
First I'd need 2-3 days without rain and than a another day or two to stain it and another day desired for drying. Like that is going to happen. Maybe next month?
