Oh I know they don’t, trust me. But that is what having a good contractor helps immensely. But that also does come with more cost than a retail bid.Insurance doesn’t “miss” them. If they can save $500 on every job they’re saving millions.

around 10% most years. easily paid for Ireland after tax.People get bonuses? I sure don't.
I put seed and feed down on Sunday. haven't had time to do anything with it since though and we were supposed to get rain Monday.I've learned my lesson with grass seed. Just my experiences but I've had way better luck waiting until mid May. Once the soil temp warms up that stuff germinates in a few days and the grass grows really fast. I've had terrible luck in early spring.
This is the thread that cheers when a tornado hits the ground.whole lot of NIMBY going on in this thread.I understand that, but you’re also wishing your neighbors hardship.
2 miles south of me, got their sidewalks wet. Could be the reverse of the last few years when we watched nice rain go south of us.Must have calmed down when it went east.
Think of an ice skater spinning. With their arms out they go slower. When they make the spin tighter, they go faster. How was it that wide but that weak???
I was gonna go with bad macros - too much junk food, not enough proteinThink of an ice skater spinning. With their arms out they go slower. When they make the spin tighter, they go faster.
I may be full of ****, but that's my guess.
The tornado rating system is also inherently flawed in that it only takes into account actual damage indicators, not wind speeds. It may have been a more powerful tornado for much of its life, but if it didn't hit any structures during that period it will be rated lower. How was it that wide but that weak???
I feel like there is a **** joke in there somewhere...Tornado size and tornado intensity are not directly correlated.
I've never seen hail like that. Crazy
Ya, it is a beautiful day , sunny, very little wind. Then you gotta bring that up. It is what it is.Old wives tale.”If it rains on Easter, 7 more Sundays of rain.”
Exact same thing happened to me. Except my contractor buddy pointed it out to my insurance adjuster and they paid.Hopefully the people that had this happen, realize to have them check their outside air-condition unit, many people forget about having those checked and hail just beats the heck out of the fins on the side, reducing air flow. We had a storm like this years ago, and our insurance adjuster did not check, and we ended up replacing the unit that summer.
