I hope I am wrong but it appears he is over the hill. His fastball lost velocity so his change up does not work like in the past. Hodge should be the closer.
Prediction: Pressley will be gone by July. He’s done. Did anyone end up signing David Robertson? Could use him, and the Cubs certainly have the money.
Kind of appears that maybe Pressly is just struggling with Amaya, which is a little weird because Amaya has historically been really ******* good with his pitchers
Could be they aren't on the same page. But Pressly seems to be pitching around every batter and falls behind in the count way to often.
Hope they get things worked out because the Cubs are paying him $8.5M.

It's only 2 starts so far but they may have found a steal in Boyd at only $10 mil this year and $17 mil next year if he can stay healthy. Kelly has been a good addition at catcher so far too, if they both keep hitting it could be a true 50/50 split which is not a bad thing as catching is rough on the body over a 162 game season.
I'm liking the way the team is playing, but I REALLY hate those unis from today's game, wtf is that all about? It's looks like the Expos road uni from the Montreal days. Do not want.

Cubs have an absolutely classic home uni, I don’t like seeing gimmicks in its place. The sky blue unis are a gimmick. Fine for the road, but not at Wrigley. Now get off my lawn.
