Hendricks is a great example. He's beyond letting him work through trouble. When things go back for Kyle, they go bad fast and big. Once he gets through the line-up 1x and gives up a few hits, call on the bullpen. It's not like Counsell is trying to build up an unproven pitchers confidence.
