I love the 3 guards we got in the portal. All have multiple years to play, and fill rolls we needed. More excited looking at next year's roster already. Lipsey, Watson, Hamilton, Gilbert, Jones, and Paveletzke make for a solid backcourt. King, Omaha, and Milan at the wing is what I'm most excited for. Jones and Ward just need to defend/rebound and clean up around the bucket. I see a lot more scoring and shouldn't be much if any drop in D. Not sure TJ will allow that even with better scoring. Could give a crap about the portal rankings..we did good.
Hasn’t been much smoke so guessing they are guessing they are banking the open scholarship?
Ah Richmond. What a great memory. I still where my Spiders hat proudly every once in a while out here on the eastern side of the state.
I went out to eat with my twin (adult) daughters to B-dubs on that day. Hadn't watched a lick of the Iowa game. We walked into the restaurant and got seated JUST in time to see Iowa lose. All three of us let out a big whoop. The Hok fans at the bar turned and glared right at us. It was glorious!
Wonder what this means can’t find any news saying ISU has reached out. Probably no merit to it, but interesting none the less. Maybe it’s just from when they offered out of HS as well

I though the guy at K-State was supposed to be great recruiter and was going to kill in the portal this year?
I'd think $$ was a factor but Creighton has money to pay him so wonder if that's what he's after.
