I’m guessing all NIL related.this flurry of big names at the very end of the portal is odd
I'm thinking so too, in which case you can pretty much take it to the bank that ISU will take that last scholarship to the bank.I’m guessing all NIL related.
Bigger names? Like Nikita Konstantynovskyi? That is one of the biggest names I could find. 6-10 Forward at Tulsa. As @Halincandenza knows, KU really wanted to keep Udeh. He'll be highly coveted.
There's a bigger name still yet to enter today though.

Here’s a big we’re familiar with and KU fans aren’t happy.
Worth a call by TJ at least.
At the same time, after grill was gone, TJ decided **** it were playing everyone including the CEO. It brought new energy to the team.I'm thinking so too, in which case you can pretty much take it to the bank that ISU will take that last scholarship to the bank.
Preserving offseason/preseason health will be vital this upcoming season. We banked a scholly last year and then Jeremiah Williams got hurt. Basically played down 2 scholarship players all year, and we lost a 3rd when Grill got the boot. The outcome was a tired team with a depleted back court come late February/March. We absolutely can't have that again, because we know what the results are now. A big reason why I'm not a fan of banking the scholarship, but will maintain the trust in TJ that he knows what is best for his team.
Can you put some Heinz mustard on that dog?At the same time, after grill was gone, TJ decided **** it were playing everyone including the CEO. It brought new energy to the team.
This team is way deeper, so I hope he doesn't pigeon hole in to a 7 or 8 man roster early, let everyone play and keep the stars for late game situations. Again, we are the deepest in a long time
I fully expect Lipsey, the 3 transfers, King, Biliew, Momcilovic and one of the centers to be in the rotation every night. Then Hamilton, Watson and the other center to get spot minutes depending on the match up. Leaving only Fish out. Not because of lack of talent just too much ahead of him. Year two he'll be a major contributor. At the same time, after grill was gone, TJ decided **** it were playing everyone including the CEO. It brought new energy to the team.

I like this. I might amend to say "2 of the transfers" and then bump Watson into the regular rotation. But all that gets sorted in practice.I fully expect Lipsey, the 3 transfers, King, Biliew, Momcilovic and one of the centers to be in the rotation every night. I think Watson should be in the rotation every night. Guy was solid as hell last year for a freshman, and should only be better.I fully expect Lipsey, the 3 transfers, King, Biliew, Momcilovic and one of the centers to be in the rotation every night. Watson is a guy I could see playing 20mpg or 5mpg depending how much his game evolves. His D and rebounding are no issue. Plus, he has length and athleticism to play the 3 or 4.I like this. I would even go as far as to say his offensive game was nearly 0-dimensional since he was a 21% 3-pt shooter. He has elite perimeter defense potential, but needs to add some O to get extended minutes.Watson is a guy I could see playing 20mpg or 5mpg depending how much his game evolves. But his offensive skills were pretty one dimensional as a frosh- spot up corner jumper. I am hoping he can add wing and mid-range jumper to his arsenal this summer.
He's definitely going to be pushed because Gilbert, Jones and Paveletzke have all shown skill off dribble and range on jumper.
