I really wanted a pick-and-pop 5 to play with Kunc and really spread the floor - but I'll settle for adding another athletic shotblocker. All defense all the time, right?
I didn't mean to imply ISU should recruit him, rather we still may hear of some names that may just be late announcing. Just curious timing.
I think Osunniyi is probably in that category, but I agree. If there's any real shot with a guy like Council, I think you can make it work taking someone like that over a guy like Allick if you're just trying to get a big.

I’d take him over Osun and just go with Ward/Jones at the 5. Although getting both would be best, as we don’t need Jones if you land Osun.
Enough to begin siphoning players toward the football team. That might be the underlying strategy.

Offensively, that group of guys would do just fine and most likely better than last year. Defensively, those guards would be absolute dogs on the court.
Would be surprised if we see that group as Cyclones. IMO it will be Green or Council. Just not enough minutes to go around as Tre King/Kunc will probably play at least 30mpg at the 4.
if they are still getting this guy's visit, after all their other incoming players, I'm guessing this one will be a done deal before he leaves Arkansas, unfortunately.
