WANT.. Austin native, I could see Beard opening up the collective's vault on this one
Wow this is a big one. Meyer was supposed to have a lot better year last year than he did but he is super dangerous and fun player to watch.

Apparently he wants a featured role. Teams like Kentucky and KU apparently told him no thanks after that news.I expected more blue bloods and Big10/Big12 types on his list. Interesting, he'll be really good regardless of where he goes.
Raises hand and waves it furiously...Apparently he wants a featured role. Teams like Kentucky and KU apparently told him no thanks after that news.
He does seem to give off a little bit of an Adam Morrison vibe/stench.I picture Mayer and Gonzaga.
He does fit the mold of Morrison and Timme.I picture Mayer and Gonzaga.
Baylor Scheierman is the one wanting a featured role.Mayer already has a ring, if he wants to be a featured player going to a school that's hard resetting like Mizzou (as much as a hate them) wouldn't be the world's worst idea.
I think I just read the Baylor part. Thanks!Baylor Scheierman is the one wanting a featured role.
then Nebraska it isBaylor Scheierman is the one wanting a featured role.
Isn't he from Nebraska? Seems like the Huskers would be a good option if he wants a big role. With the way Fred's teams play defense, even if he is the 2nd or 3rd guy- he would get plenty of shots.Baylor Scheierman is the one wanting a featured role.

Or Creighton if he actually wants to win. They have a great young core returning.Isn't he from Nebraska? Seems like the Huskers would be a good option if he wants a big role. With the way Fred's teams play defense, even if he is the 2nd or 3rd guy- he would get plenty of shots.
It does, but he probably got feedback from the NBA about ways to improve his game and not sure Baylor is the place where he would play 30+mpg or get a high volume of shots. That seems like a guard friendly offense. This one surprises me.
