massive addition to the portal but i’ve seen a lot of stuff about how Kentucky will go after him as they need frontcourt guys very badly so the competition is gonna be tough as you might expect

Didn’t McKay and Burton try to get waivers? The only basketball players we tried to get waivers for that I can remember is Lucca and Royce. That was with our old compliance guy though. This one hasn't had one denied yet
I've seen the claim that our compliance department is top notch a few time now, what is the evidence to support that? Have they been compared to other compliance departments, has a study been done? Does someone have experience with multiple compliance departments and can compare?
Didn’t McKay and Burton try to get waivers?
Yeah Kentucky will go after him hard if he is immediate eligible.massive addition to the portal but i’ve seen a lot of stuff about how Kentucky will go after him as they need frontcourt guys very badly so the competition is gonna be tough as you might expect
We’re undefeated in waivers attempted under this staff.I'm talking about basketball immediate eligibility waivers for transfers. Not football 6th year of eligibility waivers for current players on the roster.
Did we apply for a waiver on all these guys? Is that just standard practice with every transfer?

And Royce.
No clue if he's good or not but it wont be hard to convince me to take a 7 footer
@CBB_Central So Wake Forest is now down to 4 scholarship players, plus two committed transfers. Certainly possible some of the guys who have entered the portal come back, but this is a massive gut job for Steve Forbes and the Demon Deacons.
Would have to assume the two transfers would get a release to considering the coaching change.
@EvanDaniels Houston Baptist guard Ian DuBose just committed to Wake Forest, he tells @247Sports. Averaged 19.0 PPG and 7.3 RPG this past season. Grad transfer
Isaiah Wilkins In two seasons with Virginia Tech, he made six starts and averaged 14.4 minutes per game across 66 games. He averaged 4.7 points as a freshman and 4.3 points as sophomore.

I wouldnt count on Harris being eligble unless there is a mass COVID 19 waiver movement that is granted...We’re undefeated in waivers attempted under this staff.
I don’t see the pandemic decreasing that. Ames is one of the safest places I hear, much better than a city!
Most of the staffs actions thus far suggest they think Harris has a good chance to play imo
With the revenue falls coming for 2020-2021. ISU will have to keep CSP. I've started to accept that. Building for 2021 and beyond may be the best approach. I'm ok with stocking up on sit-outs while trying to remain competitive for next season
