actually there should be an exclusive section for the fans that want to lose so the coach is fired.

No one WANTS to lose so he gets fired. With the way the off season is going it’s assumed that’s what will happen unless he pulls some late magic. How old are you?

He's ranked 28th sit out by ESPN.

"28. Michael Flowers, 6-1, 195 pounds, G, Jr., Western Michigan
One Mid-American coach said Flowers would be able to get buckets at any level. Earned honorable mention All-MAC honors after averaging 16.9 points and 3.3 assists, while shooting 36.8% from 3-point range."

Can't say "no one" because there are some that have admitted to wanting this.

So it’s a guarantee that we will be terrible next year?

You all are the ones that are wanting him fired. There is only one way that happens. We lose a lot of games next year.

so to get what you want, you have to want that to happen

I don’t get why this is so hard for you all to admit. You all spend an inordinate amount of time and word salads explaining how terrible he is, and what great fans you all are.

it also seems that it was noticed by players on the team this past season. So you’re saying they’re making it up?

17 PPG, 3 APG, 37% 3PT last year. What’s not to like?

Edit: 2.8 TO:(
The guy can clearly score, something we struggled at last season. The assist/turnover ratio concerns me, but with four open scholarships, I hope the staff goes after him hard.

No, we think it’s going to happen unless he makes some big changes which haven’t happened yet. That’s in no way saying I want Iowa State to lose. That’s saying it’s unrealistic for the current team to make a huge jump.

Also Flowers gets to the line a decent amount per game (about 5 apg the past 2 seasons) and has shot 80% in 3 seasons. That's a positive.

Our ORTG was #3 in the B12 before Tyrese went down with the wrist injury.

Our DRTG was #10 and deserved being roughly #27. It was just absolutely awful.

It sure makes every loss, that are sure to come, that much easier to swallow.
