Dejulius is the biggest sit out miss
i'd argue that Turner biggest grad transfer, and overall, miss

See I would have rather had Harris over DeJulius. I am sure part of it is just my bias of following Tyler and wanting him to be a Cyclone but, part of me believes if he were 3 inches taller he wouldn't have been recruited over at Memphis. DD had the opportunity to claim a starting job at Mich and wasn't able to do so... yet Howard took GT guards to play over him. Nice thing is we'll get to see each play and see. Super stoked to see Harris sparking the Hilton Magic (hopefully this year).

No Harris this upcoming year. Pretty sure the NCAA said the 1 time transfer waiver won’t happen till 2021-22.

DDJ transferring was a surprise and disappointment to the Michigan staff. DDJ and Harris project to be way different but give me DDJ. He is going to be a much more stable player and is good on the defensive end rather than a liability.

Totally get that and if you just stack the two players against each other I normally would prefer DDJ size and D projection over Tyler's. Both are top 100 HS prospects though and can succeed in a system that suits them. I can see a path for ISU getting more out of Harris than the would out of DD especially with the staff's belief in him.
Like I noted my opinion is definitely influenced by wanting Tyler out of HS and watching him at Memphis over DD who I had no opinion on and only seen a couple of highlight.

We'll need him to if we have any hope of being decent. That is, unless more immediately eligible help is on the way.
Is he really that type of player? You’re portraying him as a game changer. I mean, if we don’t have any hope without him, we’re not likely having much hope with him. He’s a 5’9” combo guard suited to be role player, no?

I think we have a good amount of hope, but need a little more to get us on the right side of the bubble. Harris could be that.
