Re: Cordell Hudson - I know Iowa State isn't exactly a blue blood, but we get double the fans to our games than Syracuse does... Not sure why a recruit would be that interested.... unless he likes snow, but doesn't necessarily want to play in it.
Pretty much done to K-State.. It was gonna be hard to pry him away. Gave it a good shot.
Probably more playing time opportunities at Syracuse. We did sign a crap ton of DBs.

Scout profile lists Kansas and Cincy offers also. He was in the pictures of the visitors and made both our other OL commits look small.
That worries me a little. With basically the entire line coming back next year plus Campos and Curtis I would think we'd be set on lineman and not want to take a JUCO guy. I wonder if they just aren't that confident in the young guys returning getting better.

Almost WORD FOR WORD what I was about to say, I would rather have a back up plan that pulling RSs on guys who shouldn't be out there if people go down. I like the move
That and the fact that it gives CPR a Lo White-type bruiser to toss out there in short yardage situations, if need be. Something that after Dika and Tuftee got hurt, we didn't really have.
Trey Scott has a good interview with him. Don't want to give up to much of his stuff since its premium but we've got a pretty.good shot with him.
This. We were not a big line last year by any means, even if you are a frame that can move, you still need size and strength, which I think we lacked with our youth up front.
Hopefully our guys can average around 310 on the line and just be road graders
