Regarding Milan, it's really cool when you see a coaching staff speak something into existence and a player take those words to heart and make it happen. Milan is naturally crazy talented but he's also a team player by nature, so I think he had to be pushed a little to believe that most of the time, him taking the shot is the best option.

Just finished watching the game again and I got chills watching our execution in the second half. Just relentless and connected, everywhere Purdue turned, there was a guy flying at them.
I thought the moment that Smith stole the inbounds pass could have been a critical turn of momentum, and there were a few other mini runs that they went on, but every attempt to get themselves rolling was met with a run of our own through steals, offensive rebounds or raining down threes.
Last comment would be our substitutions. I can't say enough about how this staff subs in and out. Seems like there are waves of fresh players coming off the bench throughout the game, and nothing about the product on the floor changes. It's incredible.

I happen to be at a hotel breakfast this morning and just I noticed a guy wearing a Purdue t-shirt. I just so happened to be wearing an Iowa State shirt under my sweatshirt. As soon as I noticed that, I started feeling a little warm and needed to remove my sweatshirt. No comment from him so far, but I figured this thread needs a bump.
Thank you. I got the shirt just a couple months ago when we were visiting my mom for the kids’ fall break and went to a women’s volleyball game. Sooo glad it made into the clothes that I consider “travel worthy”.
