New commit is....

Being slow off the line seemed to be a reaction not the actual taking off if that makes sense. Wondering if it is the kind of thing that can be learned. Has the frame to put on some size.

I stole this to give an outside perspective:

The TAMU Rivals guy (@FletchWhiteley) seems to love him:

"Steal for Iowa State. Straight up steal. Be right back. I'm calling the cops."
"Bold prediction on Deven Lamp: He will be at double digit offers and a lot of schools will come calling in December."

I like the sounds of that

Meh. You expect that guy to know more than the recruiting experts on CF?

Way to go coach Matt "sticky fingaz" Campbell.

Some of the better Cyclones of even the Rhoads era were under 0.800 composite on 247 with smaller time offers (sorry if beating a dead horse, just the truth). So i wouldn't get too worked up about that.

Here are several:

Josh Lenz (2009): 0.7903
Jake Knott (2009): 0.7889
Jeremy Reeves (2009): 0.7829
Willie Scott (2009): 0.7667

Jacob Gannon (2010): 0.7778

Oni Omoile (2011): 0.7799
David Irving (2011): 0.7725

Cory Morrissey (2012): 0.7900

Willie Harvey (2014): 0.7956
Jordan Harris (2014): 0.7852

These have been some of our better players, and they were pretty lowly rated according to 247.

I was completely "WOWED" on how many recruits in the last 5-6 years never/rarely saw the field in an ISU uniform. That is completely astounding.

70% of the guys you mentioned have been on an NFL roster.
