So if the committee is similar. Clemson below us now. Will a victory over SMU pass ISU with a victory over ASU? I say no, but I may have some bias.

So is Georgia at 5
Hey, at least they beat Texas, and Kentucky by a whole point.

Looking back at headlines from recent weeks was a blast from the past. “Neither Alabama nor LSU can afford a third loss” (well, LSU couldn’t, but Bama gonna Bama) and “Georgia and Tennessee face off in de facto playoff elimination game” (nope, they’re both still gonna be in).

The national narrative all week… if Iowa state wins the big 12 should get left out and and an extra SEC get in. Book it.

The SEC coaches' narrative, maybe (and Lane Kiffin is already preaching it), but even ESPN knows this isn't how it works and they're not pushing for it. Well, they're not pushing for Big 12 exclusion ever since their Tulane experiment failed, anyway.

And 16 is right where I was expecting us to be because why should a 10-2 team playing for a major conference championship be ranked any higher?

Doesn’t mean it won’t be a narrative.

Does the value of a 16 over a 12 outweigh the value of an 18 over an 8? I wouldn‘t put any money on it, that’s for sure.

Next we pull for UNLV and hope a 19 over a 10 doesn’t lift them above Iowa State.
