He's been a longtime assistant coach in nba. He was long over due for being named a head coach. Glad we got him.

I accept that. Alls I'm saying is the way he keeps those stars from imploding is something. Call it coaching, call it babysitting. I don't care. There's been a lot of coaches that can't manage egos, that's the only point I'm trying to make.
