More Players Out the Door

Or, you could just not pay attention to football. Seems like an easier fix than to take the time out of your day to type out such a message saying you don't care. Also, if you're only a fair-weather football fan, stay on the court.

Is that you Stormin? Psst... You're on your alt account again.

Looks like the CPR defenders have their excuse ready for why another football season was a failure.

Why? We didn't lose anyone that's going to ruin the season. It's still set up to be a good year next year. If it isn't, he should be fired. Plain and simple.

The whole program, even internally, is a mess from everything I have heard. So players leaving should be not be any surprise. Sounds like Julian Good-Jones is taking an official to Louisville per their rivals site, so should continue to be fun.

JFC, not this **** again.

I'm in the fire Rhoads if he has another bad season camp but this could be retooling (and Lord knows we need retooling).

Losing Mutcherson hurts, no doubt, but I don't see losing this group as being catastrophic.

Until someone can express an actually compelling argument that the program is a mess (BESIDES our ****ty W-L records the last two seasons) I'm comfortable letting the 2015 season play out. If the program is rudderless after that...Rhoads will be gone.

brett medders @Bmeddd
Once again. Our team will be fine.

There are a few more shoes to drop before the roller coaster will be over this spring, but I'm surprised many here are so surprised how turbulent the past few months have been. There are a few more transfers to be announced but the way these have gone over with some, I would expect the sky to fall along with those shoes.

I hear a lot of things with family members working at the school, Ill just leave it at that.

Do those family members get involved in the football program? Engineering professors or MU cooks aren't any more connected to the program than most of CF.

No but word is UNI guy is having a press conference to announce he resigning from CF today. I heard from a reliable source but not sure I believe it.

Weird. I was wondering how CPR was going to make room for the defensive tackles and such that he's still recruiting--whom everyone is eager for--log into CF to see that he's cleared out some non-contributors...then find myself wading through nine pages of "sky is falling" posts. Who'd a thunk?

Sure Mutcherson hurts, but who didn't see that one coming? I hope all of these guys find new homes where they're happy. Best of luck to them.

Well, I like to discuss ISU athletics with other Cyclones fans. A lot. Is that bad?

I'm talking about the clique some of you have. A person posts something, then wait five minutes, and someone will tell you you sound like this person with 6,000+ posts. It's ridiculous. I have no idea why people are so hard-up to have their opinions validated over the internet.

Careful. If you hear things that are not considered good news then people will call BS. If you hear things that are positive they'll eat it up. It's the nature of the beast.

When you consider how many players have departed the program in the past 1-2 years for various reasons it is pretty obvious that there is a number of problems. Anyone who doesn't see that simply doesn't want to believe it. It's as simple as that.

Why are you even here? Shouldn't you be more concerned about the dumpster fires in iowa ******?

You guys with thousands of posts are truly something special.

I'll try and get on your level: Let me pound out a thousand posts of b*tching and moaning real quick.

Looks like a good start to me.
