Interesting given the circumstances of his departure, and his seeming animosity even recently about money owed to him by TTU.

I was thinking the exact same thing. It has a "posting thoughts and prayers" on social media vibe to it. I'm sure it was done with the best intent, but I wonder how Leach would have actually reacted to it if he were still alive. The Pirate was never afraid to speak his mind.

I watched that yesterday and the guy said one day in a special teams meeting Leach said, “ we get a midget and toss him over the LOS with the ball.” I laughed so hard I got a cramp in my rib cage.
