The real question is, how was this penalty "after the play."

And sometimes, the play is "over" if a Texas ball carrier is hovering about 12" off the ground and gets the ball stripped.I think once the ball breaks the plane of the endzone, the play is over. They just didn't blow their whistles until after he was several yards into the endzone. That's my best guess anyway.

I think that's a legal block if it's during the play.
That flag was also during the play and should have nullified the touchdown.
