This isn’t really a spoiler, but everything that has happened in Episode 8 and what likely could happen moving forward is still leading me to think Mephisto is on the horizon. And I would be totally fine with that.

Seriously some explain to me what I just watched... like wtf?!???
Just finished the episode.....

I really want to discuss some of this episode...but I am going to wait until others open some things up here. I have a few questions...and things I thought were super cool in the episode (like Foreman's mom)...but I don't want to ruin the experience for anyone so I can wait!

I am with you. I have so many questions. Like who the hell this witch is? Those flashbacks? And uhm..... the post credit scene? Like what are they gonna do with him and....... how?

Also, I’ve dabbled in the comics but this makes me wanna go balls deep in there and get some more context for what this is and Wandas origin story and where the bad girl fits into cannon

Yep...as a newbie to this genre...I want more Wanda! This series needs more than 9 episodes...although as some have suggested, maybe this is leading us into a different story?

This show might be the closest to the comics of anything Feige has made yet.

The whole concept feels like it could have been first pitched as a limited series comic run, because it’s so different compared to what the rest of the MCU has presented itself as. The only MCU installment that even comes close to this level of risk was the original Guardians of the Galaxy movie, but it was successful because someone fought for a concept and was able to convince a bunch of other people to fall in love with the production.

I would of wondered that. To be honest, given this is the first thing on this new platform and phase 4 or whatever, I don’t know how there’s way for someone to get this show as an MCU newbie and know what the hell is going on and enjoy it.

Newbie (kind of) here...my son has talked me through some of the connections in this series and he has had me watch a few movies to sort of "catch-up"...but Episode 1 of WandaVision was my first exposure to this collection of stories. Love it, certainly don't know all of the connections but want more!

You need to watch age of ultron if you haven’t. It will give much more context.

That is the one my son had me watch to gain a better understanding of who Wanda was...
Infinity War would help too but theres no way you could make sense of it IMO without really watching all the other ones first.....

Except Dr. Strange. That movie is a massive turd.

It definitely helped having someone watching it with me that spotted some clues and info that I wouldn't know even known like one of the early episodes having a commercial that advertised a product from Stark Industries or something.

Dr Strange was awesome. Don’t listen to this guy.

Rewatched Dr. Strange on Wednesday night and that movie is overlooked. It’s beginning to become apparently that the storyline started in that movie will spin off a ton of things in the future.

And just finished watching episode 8 for the second time tonight. I have nothing to add but this show and the MCU is so, sooooo good. Wanda’s pain, the acting, the details like the episode of D!ck Van Dyke... all of it is so well done.
