I like these outdoor concerts because I can ride my bike over and listen from outside. Does Luke Combs sell out stadiums? I'm not sure I know a Luke Combs song outside of his cover of Fast Car.

Last time I saw him we drove to Milwaukee to Brewers stadium. We paid $300 per ticket for back to back nights and each night was sold out. Sat right in front of George Kittle that night too.

If they do it like the George Strait convert yes, can't remember if it was RV pass holders or Cyclone Club donors that got first bid. I got my same spot as football. It was either $100 or $125 iirc.

The people that say "but there are only games 6-7 times" as a way to say CyTown is going to fail, forget how many more events can go there.

Things that do or can go on in that area:

• Football games
• MBB games
• WBB games
• VB games
• Wrestling meets
• Gymnastics meets
• Graduations
• Huge concerts in JTS
• Concerts in Hilton
• Concerts in Stephens
• Other Shows and performances in Stephens
• Music and shows in the new Bandshell and other live entertainment options.
• Special Olympics
• High School State Basketball tourney
• Other events like Car shows, RV shows, Farmers and Flea markets, etc utilizing the large open area.
• Conventions utilizing the area and new Hotel.
• etc etc etc Serious if they get someone in there managing the area you could do a ton of things to draw in people with events.

Then you could also utilize the RV village for said events and make even more money from people camping etc during these events. RV lots make huge money for things like above all over the place. Which would also mean more people staying in the direct area during events.

Don't forget ISU Theatre in Fisher. While it isn't a huge house, it draws traffic to the area on a lot of extra days/nights.
