The first 30 mins of that TT game were BRUTAL. They kept settling for long 3's over and over while shooting like 28%. Just falling into UNCW's trap. We better not do the same thing.

In a way, Lipscomb is similar to Drake in that they don't shoot until deep in the shot clock (low possession game) and they shoot a lot of 3's. That said, I don't think they are as good as Drake.

Still, I think Lipscomb will frustrate us with their slow pace. Hopefully, we can speed them up with our defense and dictate the pace.

ehh, not really. Lipscomb is slow - ~240th at just over 66 possessions a game.

But Drake is otherworldly slow - 58.8 possessions a game; almost 8 possessions a game slower

The difference is that Drake can impose their tempo on basically anybody. I don't think Lipscomb can do that
