Man this reminds me (at a much smaller scale) when Iowa made the Rose Bowl in 2015. I had buddies pay almost a grand for secondary market tickets for upper corner and the morning of the game you could get into the stadium for less than $50. Iowa fans got absolutely raked on those bowl game tickets.

I went to this game as a Stanford fan. It was awesome. Tickets were basically free outside the stadium before kickoff.

I legit felt bad for my Iowa friends. This was a bucket list deal for them and much like the rest of the fans they didn't want to go out to CA empty handed. The number of cheap tickets available that morning was insane. I remember seeing something on twitter so I checked stubhub and wow.

Question... I understand the waiting for the best price and the advantage of not committing back in April when you buy through Iowa State. I bought West Virginia, Kansas and Utah when Iowa State offered them. My question is, does it help Iowa State to buy through them at that time? I know I could get better seat locations and at a lower price now than I did then. Thanks

Attention Veterans … Vettix does have 500 tickets available and they are doing it auction style. Ends at 1:30 today so go get your request in.
Dang, I can't commit to going until I have our damn soccer schedule for that day.

It actually says more than 500 tickets available, so that should indicate that the secondary market will crash sometime next week.
I better adjust the # of tokens i wagered down from 8 to 1. Spent them all to get Nascar tickets over the summer.

Bought our tickets on StubHub on September 25th. Continuing to look at StubHub, the prices have gone up and you have to pay $87-115 more today for worse seats.
Huh? There are so many tickets right now that don’t even cost $87, how could they be $87 more than they were a month ago? Sure you’re not looking at chiefs tix?

I bought a set of four tickets on September 25. The section we are in has zero sets of four tickets available. In order to compare prices I looked at the sections next to the section we are in. The sets of four tickets available in the nearby sections are more expensive now than what we bought in September.

This is StubHub only. Haven't shopped around.
