Within the last 6 months we have literally pulled in 3 of the highest profile recruits we've ever had in Biliew, Momcilovic and Kohl.

Doesn’t hurt that two of those are from Iowa.

I don’t know if they were or not but schools like Texas don’t have to cheat.

If everyone in the league was cheating including their archnemesis eATMe, they would be cheating. They may not have to cheat to get players to commit but you can guarantee they were cheating to keep entitled 5 stars happy.

Not sure the importance of that as it relates to your original argument, that NIL is going to make high profile athletes less likely to come here. I'm sure all 3 of them had ample NIL opportunity elsewhere and still chose to come here.

Texas football had a completely different culture back then. Texas didn't have to cheat, they were literally everyone's school of choice.
