Here is the free agency list for the Chiefs, 22 players in all:

Of the biggest names there I think Hardman is gone as Chiefs probably can't afford to pay him what he probably will get elsewhere.
Brown is a big question as dod you take him again or either find a long term deal or let him walk.
Henne already announced he will retire so signing a capable veteran backup QB will be on the shopping list now.
I'd like to see McKinnon back again but he probably earned a bigger role and paycheck elsewhere
Dunlap and Nnadi were good contributors on the DL but not sure what their market might look like
WR Watson may be able to retain him on a cheap deal but the market will dictate if they can work out a deal with JuJu probably so WR could be another position that has some turnover. When you win a Super Bowl some of these guys that played bigger roles probably will be seeking bigger deals on the market so will depend on if the Chiefs think they can replace them through the draft, internally, or a cheaper option on the free agent market. They have drafted well the past few years so if they keep doing that it will allow them to maybe splurge a bit on 1 position somewhere. Frank Clark's contract could free up a lot of money if they could get him to take a paycut or just cut him to take the cap savings.
