Yeah, I know the utilities stuff is a long process that seems to take forever without much payoff but is definitely necessary.
Too bad thats from two years ago.
Footings and utilities aren't sexy or exciting but necessary. All that needs to be done before they can actually build
Utilities work is 28% completed. Looks like the bid for the actual building portion was just awarded on 6/20. Bid date for concourse and other north stadium work is set for Feb.
Well, it will have more spots once it’s completed than while it’s being worked on.
You would think that if the project (building) went out for bid, we should have floor plans coming out shortly.
I seem to recall a few insiders teasing us about sketches that were shown in private that haven't been made public. Anyone have links to the best sketches about what the new north end of the stadium will look like?

Jamie said on KXNO yesterday that work is done under-ground. The contractor bids are finalized for the structure and work will begin shortly
I feel like ISU could have saved some money on the previous work around there if they had just built this addition to begin with! 
The lots on either side of the north entrance are pretty boring right now. They seem to have finished most of their underground work and have the lots smoothed out and ready for other construction. They have done some finished work on curbs on the east side. They moved out most of the equipment on the west side and put down some gravel like they are going to bring in some other equipment that will stand in one place for a while.
Every time I see this thread bumped, I read the title as “Want More JTS Improvements”.
