Yes, but I don’t think it goes all the way to the ends like the NEZ. It’ll be replaced, but in its current size.
Somebody correct me if I’m wrong.
Correct. The original bid had for both the North AND South endzones to receive full width replacements but with all the NIL stuff that shook out the past 12-18 months and the additional $20 million dollars the Athletic Department needed to come up with, they scaled back the South End Zone board to existing size. Would have been super cool to have both boards be full width but just wasn't in the cards.

Love what they are doing to the football stadium. Wish they would start doing some outside Hilton upgrades to make it look better.
Probably going to have to wait a while on that unfortunately given the landscape of college athletics. Unless you have a few million dollars laying around you’d like to contribute.

Next you’re going to tell us there’s not going to be an expanded press box now!!!

yeah, i think these video boards were simply a necessity replacement item given the north board was very overdue for a replacement and the SEZ was 10 years old so nearing the end of its lifespan as well.

New things, even sorely needed ones like the hilton concourse improvements, will be awhile.

They shifted the webcam to center on the building, rather than including so much of the future parking lot.

If whoever did it reads this, thank you.

CF was around in 1973-75? I assume it was hosted on the Atanasoff/Berry server.
That makes perfect sense, since no one had thought of calling the stadium “Jack Trice” in the mid-Seventies.

So, there’s always just been a bunch of pervs around here? Excellent!

Look what else is now featured on the new webcam view.

Beauty, eh?
For you video board enthusiasts, I woke up around 3:30 AM (yes, getting old sucks), and decided I wanted to see what The Bridge looked like in full dark. Since it’s going to be blocked shortly

It looked great, but I also noticed light playing over the east upper deck bleachers.

No idea why they were running the video board at 3:43 AM, but if you’re interested enough want to rewind and see the colors for yourself, it’s a twelve hour archive.

Figured I’d mention it for the enthusiasts here.
