Jefferson NOT gone.

Yep, I was one of the pioneers of not caring about college basketball. Very proud to see alot more people joining in now as it's getting more out of control and ridiculous each year.
Good for you for not watching for like 3 years now and staying true to your word.

I like basketball too much and still watch.

As a pioneer who was done watching and done caring on April 15, 2022 how did you have so many opinions and takes this basketball season?

Because you weren’t watching or caring, right?

Is the not caring like a 10 year process that you're only in year 3?

Because I still like basketball? Doesn't mean I watched or care even close to what I did 5-10 years ago. I saw one game in person, the rest I jsut watched replays whenever I had time.

Trying to equate places like KU and Arizona paying players in the pre-NIL days as remotely similar to the current environment is drastically missing the mark.

As much as people like to joke or honestly believe NIL is just the same as before just Out in the open, it’s a completely different world, and ISU is at a bigger disadvantage than it’s been since pre -Orr.

Look at the biggest alleged cases pre NIL like the KU Adidas deals or Deandre Ayton. Those were nothing compared to the typical NIL deals now.

Fred and Prohm had to compete against offers where guys were getting maybe $10k and risking ineligibility. TJ is competing against offers above board where another team can offer a couple or a few hundred thousands more.

Not to mention we had Matt A, and there May have been a few bags as well.
Looked him up during St. Johns' run in the tournament. He's now legally Pitino's bag man.

TLDR

I'm a pioneer in laughing at you "not caring" so very hard.
