Jaguar Rebrand

I've never owned a Jag, never driven a Jag, but my wife's aunt in SoCal had one and she drove us around a bit a few years ago when we were out there and, regardless of whatever reliability issues they have, that was one very smooth ride.

Yeah it's so smooth. In 2021 they put in a more reliable engine and they have improved a ton on reliability compared to the older ones. The Electronics in it are pretty insane. I had to watch a tutorial on how everything worked on Youtube. Still finding out different things on it that I did not know existed. So I can't recommend the New EV line coming out but I can recommend anything 2021 or newer, at least in the F pace.

I kinda like the look. Guess I am in the minority here. The old logo was about as dated as a gold toilet.

Do they even make any electric cars? That’s the rebranding they need to be doing.
I liked the old logo, regardless, I think that commercial is speaking to the european audience more than the USA.

Isn't Jaguar infamous for having long-standing electrical issues...like forever and ever? Buying a reliable electric Jaguar seems contradictory, literally and figuratively.

I’m a long-time Jaguar owner (I have two) and I was somewhat shocked and disappointed with the bizarre creative direction that they have chosen to go. It’s definitely created a lot of buzz, but not all n a good way. Their upcoming release of an all electric vehicle lineup next month should be interesting, but for the purists like me, we’re no longer interested.

I dont think i've seen an improved rebrand this century. I spend alot of time in the scotch whisky community, and they've had several rebrands of iconic whiskies that have just been atrocious. Folks have pointed out the same thing with modern architecture.
Buick? Or Kia maybe

I don't think it looks bad, but Jaguars are literal trash vehicles. Much better luxury options
