I fully expect the next AD to be vetted and recommended by TJ. MBB is ISU's flagship program locally and nationally and TJ has been in Ames with ISU for 15 years to know what is needed for his AD. I believe the president understands the importance of a strong athletic program and won't hire someone TJ isn't fully comfortable with.
