Watching the replay and right from the beginning it sounds like we have a good amount of fans there. Can anyone confirm what the split might have been? Always nice to hear our fans loud on the road. Of course by mid-second half all you can hear are Cyclone fans.

Good ISU crowd there. Mostly in the top end of the arena. Maybe 1/7th ISU?

Great showing by the fans! I had a lot of cooking to do in the kitchen around the corner from the TV. Whenever I heard a great crowd reaction I didn't know to be worried or excited. The cyclone fans really showed up!
Based on HN and talking with my Eastern Iowa friends, a good number of the Cyclone fans in attendance are converted Hawk fans.

i disagree with this. was there and carver got pretty loud a couple times. especially following the nader block and subsequent 3 by white. the first half was a very good atmosphere. obviously crickets though in the second half and then they all left with 8:00 remaining.
to the OP. there was maybe a couple thousand ISU fans there. decent amount of cardinal scattered around.
CHA is not a top-tier atmosphere by any stretch of the imagination, but this is the best that their crowd will be all season, and it was at least solid for a lot of the 1st half.
It was a good atmosphere in the first half. It doesn't compare to Hilton, but it was good. Was at the Iowa-MSU game last year. Another good CBB atmosphere.

I agree with this post. It did get loud several times in first half. Also agree several thousand clones present. Couldn't believe how many hawks left with 8 mins left in game, very very poor fan base. I loved participating in the let's go state chant at the end of the game. Fun time
