ISU Bowl Projection

All players and coaches should give money back. If I don't show up for work I don't get paid.
Williams talks about this is all about the fans. None of this is about the fans. This is all greed. Might be time to spend my entertainment dollars elsewhere.
I seriously question CW’s objectivity after his podcast especially him crying. I could totally seeing him being unprofessional with the new coach which is sad for journalistic integrity.

Can’t believe a few days ago we were discussing bowl packages as an 8-4 team and everyone knows the Colorado and asu games were games blown. Healthy, this is a 10+ win team and we are losing our coach, players, recruits, bowl game and kissing a really good team next year away. All this in a year were teams like isu have no room to be bad with the conference realignment situation.

Not only this there is some weird NIL drama going on internally.

I do like the hire but man what a **** show.

2025 has sucked a royal ass for a bunch of people.

Nice false equivalency. Lol
Well its true. Apparently the bowl is not that big of a deal. I never said Mac would be the only coach on the sideline. And Its not like he didnt coach for his entire career and couldnt figure out what to do for a exhibition game that apparently doesnt matter anyway. I mean bowls are supposed to be fun for the players and fans.

Its also not like I actually thought it would happen. It was a fun idea, that I mostly just threw out there for fun.

Has Texas accepted a bowl bid? I wouldn’t be surprised if they opted out. I’m kind of surprised LSU didn’t.

You know, if this trend keeps up, maybe all of the "minor" bowls complain enough to make the playoffs much bigger.

I spoke too soon. The collapse of the bowl system could keep this thread going for a while yet.

I don't know if I want to see the playoffs expand or see the BCS back. For all its problems, the BCS was far less of a ****-show in hindsight.
