I think the goal next week should be to never punt. Go for it on 4th down every time. There really isn't much downside, Kirby is terrible, the defense is terrible and if you are going to lose, just let it all hang out!

What does an NFL LB know? Clearly the people on this board who think out defense is just as terrible as the offense know more than some fool who plays this sport for a living.

Regarding the defense... Yes they have been a disappointment a bunch like everything else this year, but we knew our defense would be worse than last year. We lost some really good talent and the replacements aren't up to par with that. But everything still should be blamed on the offense because if they were even average, our poor defense would have fewer times to be exposed. Our offense shouldn't be this terrible, and we weren't expecting it to be before the season started.
